3. Refund Process & Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 48Hrs to 72Hrs to your original payment method. The time it takes for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Exchange Policy

5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 7 DAYS of delivery.
You may be required to share images or videos of the product for verification. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Personal care or hygiene products (if applicable)
- Clearance or sale items (if specified as non-returnable)
7. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
