Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if it was placed by mistake. Simply email us at myoneplace.in@gmail.com within 4 hours of placing your order.


Can I cancel my order after 4 hours?

Yes, we still try to help. We allow a grace period of up to 12 hours before order processing. Contact us via email or WhatsApp, and we will check if cancellation is still possible.


Are there any items that cannot be cancelled?

Yes. Orders for personalized or custom products (such as items with custom photos or designs) cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.


How will I receive my refund?

If your order is successfully cancelled, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.


How long does the refund take?

Refunds are processed within 7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


What if my order has already been shipped?

Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible. You can refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance.
